This is simply something one should not live without. I’ve traveled extensively in Indonesia and having witnessed first hand a royal funerary procession and cremation ceremony I can say that this is pretty much the way it sounds. It’s transformative. This recording sounds as close to what it’s like to be there. This is a recording for the rest of world who couldn’t attend. Pure haunting animistic beauty.
