Le Bois de Pin de François Chat est un spectacle visuel qui s'inspire de Francis Ponge, auteur français qui suite à l'exode de la guerre de 1940, s'est isolé pendant plus de 2 mois dans un forêt de pins, accompagné d'un carnet devenant «le carnet du bois de pins».

Ramuntcho Matta a composé la musique telle un paysage sonore pour Le Bois de Pin le spectacle (2002) et l'installation (2005 et 2008).
